The First State Heritage Park at Dover is Delaware's first urban "park without boundaries" linking historic and cultural sites in the city that has been the seat of state government since 1777. It is a partnership of state and city agencies under the leadership of Delaware State Parks.
They offer daily self-guided tours and on Friday, May 13, they will be doing a Lantern Tour of the Presbyterian Cemetery. The cost is $10 per person. Interested individuals will meet at the Johnson Victrola Museum, 375 S. New Street, Dover. Space is limited; call 302.739.9194 for reservations.
